This hunting lease is leased and not available. When I got out of the truck at this property I couldn't believe my eyes. I literally found hundreds of rubs within 20 minutes. Don't let the lack of big timber fool you with this piece, it has big mature trees to hang in. There's a sweet Oak Island on this property that you will kill nice deer on every year. This is big rolling country and it really hides the deer well. Since the aerial photos were taken there's been a bunch of permanent Alfalfa added to this property. This property has some big hills and will be awesome for a couple guys with gun or bow. Row crops, Alfalfa, water and cover are all found on this piece. It should be awesome hunting early season through the end of the year. If you're hesitant about the timbered acres on this property it's well worth the drive to go view it for yourself.
